摘要：
PURPOSE: A low foaming detergent composition is provided to have excellent removing power of organic contaminants and particles on the glass substrate of flat panel display, and prevent the generation of stains due to the generation and the residue of bubbles at cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A low foaming detergent composition comprises 0.01-3 weight% of an inorganic silicate compound or their hydrate in chemical formula 1: xA2_Om_ySiO2, 0.01-5 weight% of a polyhydric alcohol based compound, 0.05-5 weight% of alkali metal hydroxide, 0.05-40 weight% of a glycol ether based organic solvent in chemical formula 2: R1-O-(CnH2nO)x-H, and residual water, on the basis of the total weight of composition. In chemical formula 1, A is sodium, potassium or aluminum, m is 1-3, x and y is rational number larger than 0 respectively. In chemical formula 2, R1 is C1-5 alkyl group, n is the integer of 2-5, and x is the integer of 1-5.

目的：提供低泡沫洗涤剂组合物，以在平板显示器的玻璃基板上具有优异的有机污染物和颗粒的去除能力，并且防止由于在清洁时产生气泡和产生残留物而产生污渍。 构成：低泡洗涤剂组合物包含0.01-3重量％的化学式1中的无机硅酸盐化合物或其水合物：xA2_Om_ySiO2，0.01-5重量％的多元醇类化合物，0.05-5重量％的碱金属氢氧化物， 0.05-40重量％的化学式2中的二醇醚类有机溶剂：R1-O-（CnH2nO）xH，剩余水基于组合物的总重量。 在化学式1中，A是钠，钾或铝，m是1-3，x和y分别是大于0的有理数。 在化学式2中，R 1为C 1-5烷基，n为2-5的整数，x为1-5的整数。
