摘要:
PURPOSE: A nanoparticle-fused FRET sensor is provided to accurately detect phytoestrogen and to be properly applied in food and medical fields. CONSTITUTION: An FRET(fluorescence resonance energy transfer) sensor contains nanoparticles fused to estrogen receptor ligand binding domain containing a donor fluorescent protein and receptor fluorescent protein. The donor fluorescent protein and receptor fluorescent protein are linked to N-terminal and C-terminal of the estrogen receptor ligand binding domain, respectively. The nanoparticles are quantum dots containing carboxylic groups, polymers, magnetic material, or gold. The nanoparticles are a carboxylated polystyrene nanoparticles.

目的:提供纳米颗粒融合的FRET传感器,以准确检测植物雌激素,并适用于食品和医疗领域。 构成:FRET(荧光共振能量转移)传感器含有与含有供体荧光蛋白和受体荧光蛋白的雌激素受体配体结合结构域融合的纳米颗粒。 供体荧光蛋白和受体荧光蛋白分别与雌激素受体配体结合结构域的N末端和C-末端连接。 纳米颗粒是含有羧基,聚合物,磁性材料或金的量子点。 纳米颗粒是羧化聚苯乙烯纳米颗粒。
