PURPOSE: It is included of the organization in which the injector cup uniforms, the fatigue fracture generating by the pulsating according to frequent opening and closing operations of injector and vibration is controlled. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for injector cup of fuel rail of vehicle comprises the following steps. The steel bar is prepared, pressed, cutting, and the injector cup is manufactured. A steel plate(15) is prepared, pressed, and a fixing tap(14) is manufactured. The fixing tap is assembled in the injector cup.

目的：注射器杯体均匀组装，由喷头和振动频繁打开和关闭操作产生的脉动产生的疲劳断裂受到控制。 构成：车辆燃料喷射杯的制造方法，包括以下步骤。 制备钢筋，压制，切割，制造注射杯。 制备钢板（15），压制，制造固定丝锥（14）。 固定水龙头组装在注射器杯中。
