본 발명은 모사프리드 (mosapride) 또는 레보드로프로피진(levodropropizine)을 포함하는 활성 성분으로 포함하는 서방성 약제학적 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 본 발명의 서방성 약제학적 조성물은 피용자의 장기 운동 상태의 변화에도 불구하고 약물을 일정하게 용출시킬 수 있으며, 복용 후 장시간이 경과하여도 활성 성분을 일정하게 용출시킬 수 있어, 하루에 1회 내지 2회 투여만으로도 충분히 약물을 전달할 수 있다.
