PURPOSE: A composition containing a strain which produces chitinase and culture thereof is provided to ensure antibacterial activity and to enhance immunity and anti-cholesterol ability. CONSTITUTION: A strain is Escherichia fergusonii handi 110(deposit number KACC 91498P). A strain is Acinetobacter parvus handi 309(deposit number KACC 91499P). A method for preparing chitin oligosaccharide comprises a step of culturing the Escherichia fergusonii strain in a medium. A composition for feed contains the Escherichia fergusonii strain or culture thereof. An antibacterial composition contains Escherichia fergusonii or culture thereof.

目的：提供含有产生几丁质酶的菌株及其培养物的组合物，以确保抗菌活性并增强免疫力和抗胆固醇能力。 构成：菌株是弗氏十字花科110（保藏号KACC 91498P）。 A株是不动杆菌属的方法309（保藏号KACC 91499P）。 制备甲壳质寡糖的方法包括在培养基中培养大肠杆菌弗氏球菌菌株的步骤。 用于饲料的组合物含有弗氏菌（Escherichia fergusonii）菌株或其培养物。 抗菌组合物含有弗氏球菌或其培养物。
