摘要：
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing metal carrying activated charcoal are provided to efficiently eliminate nitrogen oxide by limiting the temperature of a metal aqueous solution, the kinds of metal, and the content of the metal in an optimal range. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst tower(30) is filled with activated charcoal. An activated charcoal regenerating unit(70) receives the activated charcoal from the catalyst tower and generates hot wind based on the activated charcoal. An activated charcoal transferring unit(60) re-supplies regenerated activated charcoal from the activated charcoal regenerating unit to the catalyst tower. A metal carrying tank(100) is installed between a discharging hole(31) and the activated charcoal regenerating unit and is filled with a metal aqueous solution.
