摘要：
PURPOSE: A top feeding dual swirling gasifier is provided to improve the carbon conversion rate by flowing liquid phase slag along to the wall of the gasifier for increasing the residence time. CONSTITUTION: A top feeding dual swirling gasifier includes a feeding line(10), a distributor(20), burner nozzles(30), a pressure reactor(40), and a swirling device(80). The feeding line supplies pulverized coal using nitrogen. The distributor divides the pulverized coal supplied from the feeding line. The burner nozzles supply the pulverized coal divided from the distributor and an oxidizer. The pressure reactor produces synthetic gas by reacting the pulverized coal and the oxidizer. The swirling device offers the swirling force to the oxidizer.
