PURPOSE: A random access method based on the number of messages is provided to reduce the collision probability of UL(UpLink) by transferring information about an UL random access number to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: In case a transmission message number is greater than a random access slot number in an(i+1)-numbered frame, a terminal extracts a random number between 0 and 1(S204,S205). In case access is random access for a first connection with a BS(Base Station), the terminal respectively compares the random number and transmission probability(S206,S207). If the random number is not smaller than the transmission probability, the terminal transmits a random access message(S208). If the random number is smaller than the transmission probability, the terminal reserves message transmission(S209).

目的：提供基于消息数量的随机接入方法，通过将关于UL随机接入号码的信息传送到终端来减少UL（UpLink）的冲突概率。 构成：在发送消息号大于第（i + 1）次帧中的随机接入时隙号码的情况下，终端提取0到1之间的随机数（S204，S205）。 在与BS（基站）进行第一连接的随机接入的情况下，终端分别比较随机数和传输概率（S206，S207）。 如果随机数不小于传输概率，则终端发送随机接入消息（S208）。 如果随机数小于传输概率，则终端保留消息传输（S209）。
