摘要：
PURPOSE: A mold for producing lightweight pellets and a manufacturing method of a lightweight pellet by using the same are provided to prevent damage to and deformation of a pellet by improving the durability, tensile strength and shock absorption rate of the pellet. CONSTITUTION: A mold for producing lightweight pellets comprises a mold plate part(110), a protrusion part(120), a protrusion part exhaust hole(130), a recessed part(140), and a recessed exhaust hole(150). The mold plate forms a foundation to form a light weight pallet in a vacuum. The protruding part is formed on the metal plate part in order to form a protruded rib on the lightweight pellet. The protrusion part exhaust hole is formed along the protrusion part by passing through the mold plate. The recessed part is formed in the length direction middle part of the protrusion part to be thermally fused with the length direction middle spot of the rib. The recessed exhaust hole is formed along the bottom surface of the recessed part by passing through the mold plate.
