PURPOSE: An opening/closing type observable window and a ship including the same are provided to immediately shoot gun under an emergent situation by enabling an observable window to be opened/closed. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing type observable window(10) comprises an inspection window unit(100), a spindle unit(200), a roller unit(300), a rail unit(400), and a locking unit(600). The inspection window unit(120) comprises strengthened glass which is mounted on its side. The spindle unit is rotatably coupled to the lower part of the inspection window unit. The spindle unit includes a spindle fixing stand(210) which is arranged separately from the inspection window unit. One end of the roller unit is coupled to the inspection window unit. A roller is arranged on the other end of the roller unit. The rail unit guides the roller. The locking unit fixes the inspection window unit.
