A lock mechanism (24) includes a casing (28) that is fixed to a side surface of a body (16), a handle (102) disposed rotatably on the outside of the casing (28), and a transmission section (104), which is capable of transmitting a drive force applied by the handle (102). An end of a guide rod (138) making up the transmission section (104) is connected in a surrounding groove (52a) of a piston rod (52) disposed inside the body (16). In addition, by rotating the handle (102), the guide rod (138) of the transmission section (104) is displaced vertically (upward and downward), such that an arm (22) is rotationally displaced through a toggle link mechanism (70) by displacement of the piston rod (52) along the axial direction.
