An inserting method for glass fiber of a lighting board is provided to increase the intensity of the lighting board by arranging the glass fiber uniformly in the form of weft and warp thread. An inserting method for glass fiber of a lighting board is as follows. A first glass fiber roll has a reciprocating motion with an auxiliary device in order to make a glass fiber(alpha) released from the first glass fiber roll dip in a resin layer to the vertical direction. A glass fiber(beta) released from a plurality of second glass fiber rolls dips in the resin layer to the horizontal direction. The first glass fiber roll is installed on the upper part of a conveyor to be separated with fixed interval. A plurality of first glass fiber rolls is installed to the longitudinal direction of the conveyor. A plurality of second glass fiber rolls is installed in the width direction of the conveyor at the top of the conveyor to be separated with fixed interval. The resin layer is covered on the upper side of a lower PET film(11).
