摘要:
A method for purifying cilastatin is provided to obtain highly pure cilastatin within a short time with reducing the generation of waste solution by using nanofiltration. A method for purifying cilastatin comprises the steps of filtering a crude cilastatin solution by nanofiltration; and optionally filtered the nanofiltration cilastatin by nanofiltration concentration. Preferably the crude cilastatin solution comprises cilastatin dissolved in water or a mixture solvent of water and an organic solvent. Preferably the organic solvent is an alcohol, acetone, acetonitrile, or tetrahydrofuran. Preferably the nanofiltration is carried out at a pressure of 100-200 g/cm^2 r and at a temperature of 10-25 deg.C with a concentration coefficient k of 0-2.
