摘要:
A front wheel suspension structure of a vehicle is provided to exclude the influence by frictional force of a strut when steering and to improve steering efficiency by setting a steering column regardless of the gradient of a strut when steering. The front wheel suspension structure of a vehicle for supporting wheels with appropriate stiffness and absorbing shock in the vertical direction comprises a knuckle(10) formed in the appointed width and size and provided with upper and lower fixtures(11) to be placed to the inside of a wheel house, a carrier member(20) located on the rear of the knuckle and provided with mounting sections(21) formed on the upper and lower parts of a body to install a strut(23) and a lower arm and connecting sections formed on the other parts of a body, and rotary joints(30) installed on the other sides of the carrier member and the upper and lower fixtures of the knuckle to be rotatable in the direction of a steering column. The strut and the lower arm are installed on one side of the set position of the rotary joint by the upper and lower mounting sections of the carrier member to be spaced apart, so that the steering column is set regardless of the gradient of the strut when steering, thereby excluding the influence by frictional force of the strut when steering and improving steering efficiency.
