본 발명은 아디포넥틴 프로모터를 이용하는 재조합 발현 벡터, 이를 이용하여 외래 유전자를 발현할 수 있는 세포 형질전환체 및 이를 이용한 비만, 당뇨병 치료제의 검색 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 검색 방법은 천연물이나 합성 화합물 등에 포함된 비만, 당뇨병 치료 물질과 다양한 신호 전달 물질 등을 용이하게 선별할 수 있어 비만 치료제, 당뇨병 치료제 등의 개발에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
