摘要：
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet and a method for manufacturing an electronic component are provided to obtain a ceramic green sheet or an electrode layer having predetermined protrusions and recesses while reducing changes in surface uniformity or thickness. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet comprises a step of attaching a photosensitive material(3) containing a powder having specific electrical characteristics on the front side surface of a member having a portion for transmitting the light used in an exposure process; a step of varying the quantity of the light for each of predetermined regions, and irradiating the photosensitive material with the light from the back side of the member such that the exposure process is performed on the photosensitive material; and a step of performing a development process on the photosensitive material. The photosensitive material is photosensitive to the light, and the front side surface is a surface on which a sheet is formed.
