摘要：
해면골을 압축하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것임. 일 실시예에서의 본 발명 장치 및 방법은 팽창체를 포함하고, 팽창체는 그에 결합된 내부 구속체를 포함한다. 내부 구속체는 팽창체의 팽창 방향을 지향시킨다. 또 다른 실시예에서의 뼈 치료 방법은 내부 구속체를 구비하는 장치를 뼈 내측으로 삽입하여서 팽창체가 해면골 내에서 지향성 팽창을 하도록 한다. 이와 같은 지향성 팽창에 의해 해면골이 치밀해진다.

How to compress the cancellous bone and the thing of the device. The present invention apparatus and method according to the embodiment includes an expansion body, the expansion body comprises an internal constraining element coupled thereto. Internal constraining member directs the expansion direction of the expansion body. Further bone treatment method according to another embodiment is hayeoseo insert the device with an internal constraining member is inside the bone to the directivity expansion in the expansion body is spongy bone. As it is compact the cancellous bone by the same directional expansion.
