摘要:
Titanium nitride powder is prepared by (A) charging titanium hydride, which is obtained by its heat of reaction, in the reactor(1) under high pressure nitrogen atmosphere ; (B) emitting heat from electrically powered tungsten filament(3) to heat titanium hydride up to over 1500 deg.C to react with nitrogen, while the reaction continues by its heat of reaction without any supply of heat from outside ; and (C) discharging out of the reactor unreacted nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas from the dehydrogenation of titanium hydride to produce fine powder of titanium nitride.
