摘要：
AAD-1(아릴옥시알카노에이트 디옥시게나제)의 존재를 측정 및 정량하는 데에 유용한 모노클로날 항체 및 방법이 기재된다. 이들 모노클로날 항체는 다양한 식물 및 식물 조직에서 AAD-1 트랜스제닉 이벤트 유전자 산물을 검출하는 데에 만족할 만큼 적합하다. 항-AAD-1 면역글로불린을 사용하는 정량 및 정성 면역검정이 또한 개시된다.
摘要（英）：
The monoclonal antibody and the method in which the measurement and fixed quantity make the best use of the presence of the AAD- 1 (aryloxy alkanoate di-oxygenase) are described. In the plant and the plant organization in which these monoclonal antibodies are various, it is suitable as much as it is satisfied with detects the AAD-1 transgenic event genetic product. The fixed quantity and the qualitative immunoassay using the anti- AAD-1 immunoglobulin are moreover disclosed.
