게르마늄층을이용한그래핀제조방법이개시된다. 개시된게르마늄층을이용한그래핀제조방법은, 기판상에게르마늄층을형성하는단계와, 상기기판이배치된챔버내에탄소함유개스를공급하여상기게르마늄층상에직접그래핀을형성하는단계를포함할수 있다. 본발명의실시예에따른그래핀제조방법은촉매금속층을사용하지않으므로, 촉매금속으로오염되지않은그래핀층을제조할수 있다.

公开了一种使用锗层制造石墨烯的方法。 所公开的使用锗层制造石墨烯层的方法可以包括在衬底上形成锗层并将含碳气体供应到其中设置衬底的腔室中以直接在锗层上形成石墨烯 。 由于根据本发明实施方式的石墨烯制造方法不使用催化剂金属层，因此可以制造未被催化剂金属污染的石墨烯层。

The graphene manufacturing method using a germanium layer is disclosed.
