본발명은모노클로로실란의분해없이안정한방식으로모노클로로실란을저장하기위한용기및 상기용기의내부표면을부동태화하는방법에관한것이다. 용기의여러가지표면개질법은표면반응을허용가능한수준으로감소시키는것으로확인되어왔다. 설명한표면개질법중일부는모노클로로실란의불안정성을상당히감소시킨다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a container and method for passivating the inner surface of the container for storing the monochloro silane in a stable manner without the decomposition of the mono-chlorosilane. Various surface reforming of the container has been found to reduce the surface react to an acceptable level. Some of the surface reforming is described to significantly reduce the instability of the mono-chlorosilane.
