本发明提供一种机床，其特征在于：本机床具有水平主轴，座板，工作台，工作台相位控制部和旋转罩，其中，切割器安装在 水平轴和座板相对于水平主轴进行水平运动，工作台可旋转地安装在座板上，工件布置在工作台上，工作台位置控制部分通过旋转力 并且相对于水平主轴的相位控制工作台，旋转盖呈筒状，其侧壁的一部分开口并可旋转地安装在座板上。 当布置在工作台上的工件经受处理时，旋转盖构造成围绕工作台的处理位置。
