摘要：
칼슘포스페이트전구체를세팅유체 (setting fluid)와혼합하여자가-경화인회석시멘트를생성하는과정에의해주입형칼슘포스페이트페이스트를제조하는방법이개시된다. 생성된인회석시멘트는체내에서생체적합하며, 생활성이며생분해성이다. 상기인회석시멘트의 pH 값은대략 7이며, 압축강도는 10 MPa 내지 30 MPa이며, 세팅과정은 > 37℃에서는이루어지지않을것이다. 자가-경화인회석 (SHA) 시멘트는생체흡수성인것으로밝혀졌으며, 인간에서골 충전제, 골절또는인공관절의고정에사용될수 있으며, 또한전달비히클로서의사용에적합할수 있다.
摘要（英）：
By mixing a calcium phosphate precursor and fluid settings (setting fluid) self-injection-type method for producing a calcium phosphate paste by the process of generating the curing apatite cement it is disclosed. The resulting hydroxyapatite cement is suitable for in vivo and in vivo, bioactive and is biodegradable. pH value of the apatite cement is approximately 7, the compressive strength is 10 MPa to 30 MPa, setting process will not be achieved in> 37 ℃. Self-curing hydroxyapatite (SHA) cement was found to be biodegradable, it can be used for bone filler, or fracture fixation of artificial joints in humans, may also be suitable for use as a delivery vehicle.
