It has a crystal structure belonging to the space group Fd-3m, the general formula [Li x (Mn y Co 3-xy) O 4-δ] (wherein, 0.90≤x≤1.15, 0.75≤y≤1.25) spinel represented by type as lithium cobalt manganese-contained complex oxide, and the crystallite size, as measured by the Rietveld method using the fundamental method 100㎚~200㎚, and the inter-atomic distance Li-O is 1.80Å~2.00Å, the distortion is 0.20 to 0.50 It proposes a spinel-type lithium manganese cobalt-containing complex oxide.
