소비전력을저감하고, 또한스위칭속도를빠르게할 수있는전력증폭기를얻는다. 트랜지스터 Trb1은, 온·오프신호에따라증폭기 Tr1의베이스에바이어스를공급한다. 용량 Cb1이증폭기 Tr1의베이스와접지점사이에접속되어있다. 저항 Rb2가증폭기 Tr1의베이스와접지점사이에있어서용량 Cb1과병렬로접속되어있다. 다이오드 Db1이저항 Rb2와직렬로접속되어있다. 다이오드 Db1의임계전압은증폭기 Tr1의온 전압보다도낮다.
摘要（英）：
Reduce the power consumption, and also to obtain a power amplifier capable of a fast switching speed. Trb1 transistor is to supply the bias to the base of the amplifier Tr1 in accordance with the on-off signal. The capacitor Cb1 connected between the base and the ground point of the amplifier Tr1. Resistance Rb2 is connected in parallel with a capacitance Cb1 between the base and the ground point of the amplifier Tr1. Diode Db1 is connected in series with the resistor Rb2. The threshold voltage of the diode Db1 is lower than the turn-on voltage of the amplifier Tr1.
