본 발명은 QR 코드를 이용한 결제 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가맹점 단말이 가맹점 고유의 코드 생성 기준에 따라 거래 정보를 포함하는 QR코드를 생성하여 제시함으로써 거래 주체 간 거래 내용의 확인 및 검증이 용이하며 결제의 상호 인증에 대한 안정성을 높이도록 하여 결제의 편의성 및 신뢰성을 확보하고, 고객이 고객 단말을 통한 이체 결제 또는 기 설정된 대출 조건에 따른 즉시 대출을 이용한 결제를 할 수 있도록 함으로써 카드 결제 등에 비해 수수료를 대폭 낮추고 고객 계좌의 자금이 부족한 경우라도 결제를 원활히 진행하도록 하여 결제의 편의성을 크게 높이며, 고객이 자금 사정 등에 따라 이체 결제 또는 즉시 대출을 이용한 결제를 처음부터 선택적으로 진행하도록 함으로써 즉시 대출의 경우에도 대출 한도 조회 및 대출 신청 등 복수의 절차 없이 일반적 결제 절차와 동일하게 진행하도록 하여 대출 결제의 대기 시간을 없애 고객의 편의성을 향상시키고, 단일의 이체 또는 즉시 대출의 결제 요청에 대해 계좌간 복수의 입,출금을 일괄 진행함으로써 최소한의 금융사 트랜잭션을 이용해 다수의 입출금 절차를 처리하도록 하여 수수료 비용을 절감하고 결제 처리에서의 오류 발생 가능성을 최소화한다.
