본발명은원유를정유하는공장에서사용하고버려지는폐촉매를알카리또는산으로용해하여물로희석한다음산성액으로만들고이에모노옥칠아민을넣어바나디움을먼저분리하고남은여액에소다회또는메칠아세테이트, 아세톤, 메칠에탄올중에서선택한용제를투입하여금속성분을고형화시켜침전시키고침전물을취하여수세하고가열방법으로산화시키므로서산화니켈, 산화코발트, 산화몰리브덴, 산화알미늄이혼합된금속산화물을얻어촉매원료로사용할수 있게한 제조방법이다.
