摘要：
본 발명은 정비되거나 또는 수리된 베인 세그먼트가 실제로 정해진 규격을 갖고 있는지, 그리고, 터빈 등에 베인이 쉽게 설치될 수 있는 형상을 갖는지를 검사할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 베인 세그먼트의 조립성 검사장치는, 베인 세그먼트가 장착될 수 잇는 베인 가이드 블록과, 베인 가이드 블록과 베인 세그먼트의 하중을 지지하는 베이스와, 베인 가이드 블록과 베이스를 연결하는 지지 브라켓을 구비한다. 본 발명은, 컴팩트할 뿐만 아니라, 베인 세그먼트의 상측과 하측을 모두 정비할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

The present invention that has the maintenance or repair of the vane segments are actually defined standard, and, relates to devices that can be tested for it has the shape that the vane can be easily installed in a turbine, according to an embodiment of the present invention assembling property testing apparatus of the vane segment is provided with the vane and the vane guide block segments connecting can be mounted, and a base for supporting the load of the vane guide block and the vane segments, the vane guide block and a support bracket connected to the base. The present invention, as well as compact, has the advantage of being able to repair both the upper and lower sides of the vane segment.
