The present invention relates to liquid ramyeon soup and a method for producing ramyeon using the same. The liquid ramyeon soup includes pork bone soup meat juice, tomato sauce, and cheese. The tomato sauce is tomato paste, tomato puree, or a mixture thereof. According to the present invention, by providing liquid ramyeon soup, ramyeon can be cooked without adding water for cooking. Accordingly, the repellantly fatty of ramyeon is removed and cheese reduces the spiciness, so that the liquid ramyeon soup is favored by men and women of all ages. Moreover, calcium and protein which are insufficient nutrients in instant ramyeon are provided through cheese, so that a balanced meal can be obtained only from the ramyeon.
