摘要：
본 발명은 효모로 발효된 마늘의 헥산 추출물을 포함하는 혈액종양의 치료 또는 예방용 의약 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명의 의약 조성물은 인체 혈액종양 세포에서 사멸 수용체인 DR4 및 사멸 수용체 리간드인 FasL의 발현을 상향 조절하고 카스파아제-8을 활성시키며 Bid 분해를 촉진시킴으로써 미토콘드리아 기능 이상을 통한 카스파아제-9 및 카스파아제-3의 활성화와 기질 단백질들의 분해를 유발하여 아폽토시스를 유발하는 효과가 있으므로 개선된 효과를 갖는 혈액종양의 치료 또는 예방용 의약 조성물에 관한 것이다.
