본 발명은 에너지 저장 장치용 에어 밸브 및 이를 포함하는 에너지 저장 장치에 관한 것으로, 가스 유입구와 가스 배출구가 이격되어 구비되는 본체; 및 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되어 가스 유입구와 가스 배출구 사이의 경로를 차단 또는 개방하는 피스톤;을 포함하며, 상기 에너지 저장 장치 내부의 가스발생으로 인한 압력이 상승하면 상기 피스톤이 이동하여 상기 가스 유입구와 가스 배출구 사이의 경로를 개방하고, 상기 에너지 저장 장치 내부의 가스가 배출되거나, 가스발생이 감소되어 상기 에너지 저장 장치 내부의 압력이 감소하면 상기 피스톤이 이동하여 상기 가스 유입구와 가스 배출구 사이의 경로를 차단하도록 구성된다.
