The present invention relates to a switched capacitor operational amplifier, the invention is increase of the switched capacitor receives a clock (CLK) for operation of the operational amplifier sikidoe generating a clock signal (PH1) (PH2), said clock signal (PH1) ( or fall), and transition and including the fall of the clock signal (PH2) (or increase) the clock generating unit (800 transits the clock signal (PH1), (PH2) by performing the same time to such that the reverse phase to each other), the the clock generation unit 800 first outputs an input clock (CLK) buffer 510 and the clock signal, receives the output signal from the NAND latches of buffer 510 (PH1) consisting of two inverters to buffer the receiving the output signal from the first clock generator 520 and the buffer 510 through the NOR latch and a second clock generator (530) for outputting the clock signal (PH1) and the reverse phase of the clock signal (PH2) . The invention can generate accurate clock by eliminating the delay error in the clock generation.
