본 발명은 결정 성장장치의 상부에 착탈 가능한 도킹 방식으로 결합되어 챔버 내에 결정 성장을 위한 원료를 재충전(Recharge)함으로써 연속적인 결정성장이 가능하게 되는 연속 결정성장을 위한 상부 도킹식 원료 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 내부 도가니에 충전되는 원료를 통해 단결정을 성장시키는 결정성장 장치의 상부에 착탈 가능하게 연결되며, 길이 조절이 가능한 슬라이딩 이송관을 결정성장 장치 내의 도가니로 이송시켜서 상부 호퍼에 적재된 원료를 상기 슬라이딩 이송관을 통해 낙하시켜 도가니에 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
