摘要：
본 발명은 표면확산유도를 이용하여 다공성 담체에 원자층을 증착하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 종횡비가 높은 다공성 담체에 소량의 전구체를 이용하여 단시간내에 담체의 매우 깊은 기공 내부까지 균일하게 원자층을 형성할 수 있으며, 사이클당 증착속도가 자기 제한적 성장에 의해서 불연속적인 값을 가지게 되는 현상을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention using the induction surface diffusion relates to a method for depositing an atomic layer on the porous carrier, to the aspect ratio is not formed uniformly atomic layer up to a very deep pores inside the carrier within a short period of time using a small amount of precursor in the high porous carrier number, and the deposition rate per cycle can fundamentally solve the phenomenon had a discontinuous value by the self-limiting growth.
