본 발명은 타일의 표면 또는 세면대나 욕조 등의 위생 도기의 표면에 통상의 방법으로 유약을 도포한 다음, 이를 140~150℃의 온도에서 예열한 다음, 그 위에 통상의 일반도료를 도포하여 일반도료층을 형성한 후, 이를 다시 150℃의 온도에서 30분 동안 가열 건조시킨 다음, 그 위에 수지 70중량%와 시온도료 30중량%를 배합하고 이를 도포하여 시온도료층을 형성한 후, 그 위에 {우레탄 마감재, UV 마감재, 자외선 경화 타입의 마감재} 중에서 선택된 하나의 마감재를 도포하여 클리어층을 형성하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

The invention is applied to the glaze in a conventional manner to the sanitary equipment, such as the surface or sink or tub of the tile surface, then pre-heating them at a temperature of 140 ~ 150 ℃ following, general coating by coating a conventional general coating thereon after then forming a layer, this again blending the heated drying for 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 ℃ then, that 70% by weight on the resin and Zion paint 30% by weight and by coating it to form a Zion paint layer, thereon { characterized from a polyurethane finish, UV finishing, finishing} of ultraviolet curing type is applied to a selected one of the finishing material constituted by the process for forming the clear layer.
