본 발명은 플라스틱-유/무기 하이브리드 접착 필름 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 플라스틱-유/무기 하이브리드 접착 필름은 유/무기 하이브리드 필름이 상기 플라스틱 기재의 표면에 화학적으로 결합되어 있는 질소 원자와 상기 유/무기 하이브리드 필름 내의 에폭시실란 커플링제 사이의 화학적 결합에 의하여 플라스틱 기재의 표면에 접착되어 있어서, 플라스틱 기재와 유/무기 하이브리드 필름 사이의 결합 강도가 우수하므로, 절연체 코팅, 하드 코팅용 필름 및 각종 디스플레이 소재, 전자 재료 소재 분야에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다.
