본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 고각구동시스템은 원통형 하우징내에 피스톤에 의하여 제1영역과 제2영역으로 분리되고, 상기 제1영역과 제2영역은 각각 유압포트들을 구비하고, 상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역에의 유압의 공급에 따라 제1로드부가 상하이동하도록 형성되는 고각구동기와, 상기 고각구동기에 공급되는 유량을 조절하도록 형성되는 분배장치 및 상기 분배장치의 작동을 조절하도록 형성되는 잠금부를 포함함으로써, 센서와 전자적 제어장치를 구비하지 않고도 신뢰성 있는 고각구동시스템을 구현할 수 있다.
