摘要：
PURPOSE: A flexible electrodes for human body communication is provided to offer electrodes which rigidly adhere to a human body part. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide electrode is formed on a substrate. The polyimide electrode is separated from a substrate. A non-bonding film, the separated polyimide electrode, another non-bonding film, and the substrate are arranged by turns. After performing a full baking, the non-bonding film and the substrate are removed. A polydimethylsiloxane layer is combined to the upper and the lower part of the polyimide electrodes.

目的：提供用于人体通信的柔性电极，以提供刚性地粘附到人体部分的电极。 构成：在基板上形成聚酰亚胺电极。 聚酰亚胺电极与基板分离。 非接合膜，分离的聚酰亚胺电极，另一非接合膜和基板轮流布置。 进行完全烘烤后，去除非接合膜和基板。 聚二甲基硅氧烷层与聚酰亚胺电极的上部和下部结合。
