A real-time simulator for a wind power generation system is provided to reduce a cost/time remarkably for constructing/testing equipment while obtaining the same effect as a wind tunnel test device by simulating the wind power generation system in a predetermined operation condition in real-time. A real-time simulator comprises a wind turbine simulator(310) and a motor driving system(320) supplying mechanical driving power to a wind power generator(330) according to an RPM(Rotation Per Minute) simulated in the wind turbine simulator. The wind turbine simulator includes a wind speed model(311), a wind turbine model(312), a torque controller(313), and a speed controller(314). The wind turbine simulator simulates mechanical rotation force generated in blades of a wind turbine according to the wind speed generated from the wind speed model and the current RPM of the blade, simulates acceleration of the wind power generator according to a difference of the mechanical rotation force generated in the blade and electric rotation force output from the wind power generator, and outputs control speed of the motor driving system by simulating the RPM of the wind power generator between starting and stop speed based on the simulated acceleration.
