Seonhyeop the band screen seonhyeop band based on the lattice for laser screen device for calculating a high-energy beam is disclosed. The technique used to minimize the adverse effects of the hot gas layer is provided which exists on the surface of the grid. Effect of the hot gas layer in the preferred embodiment are reduced by using helium as a purge gas. One preferred embodiment includes a barrier plate 60 and barrier cover 62 force the purge gas to flow across the surface of the grid. The purge gas pressure in another embodiment are reduced in order to reduce the optical effects of the hot gas layer.
