摘要：
본 발명은, 후륜 구동 차량의 리어 서브 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 차체가 마운팅되는 사이드 멤버와, 상기 사이드 멤버를 연결하며 디퍼렌셜 기어가 마운팅되는 크로스 멤버로 이루어지는 리어 서브 프레임에 있어서, 상기 사이드 멤버(12)에는 상기 크로스 멤버를 향하여 돌출부(12c, 12d)가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 크로스 멤버(14, 16)는 상기 돌출부에 끼워져 조립되어 용착되어 있으므로, 제작시의 부품수를 줄이고 디퍼렌셜 기어가 마운팅되는 마운팅부의 강성을 높여 내구성을 높이고 차 실내의 소음을 줄이는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a rear sub-frame of the rear-wheel drive vehicle, and side members that are the vehicle body mounting, connecting the side member and in the rear sub-frame made of a cross member which is mounted a differential gear, wherein the side members (12) is formed as a projecting portion (12c, 12d) is integrally toward the cross member, since the cross member 14, 16 is welded are assembled fitted to the projecting portion, the mounting that the differential gear is mounted to reduce the number of parts at the time of manufacture there is an effect increasing the negative stiffness increased durability to reduce the car interior noise.
