PURPOSE: A preliminary alignment apparatus is provided to be easy to align a reference point irrespective of a size and a shape of a printed circuit board and to be capable of adjusting the alignment finely. CONSTITUTION: An alignment plate(110) supports a printed circuit board(P) on a preliminary alignment apparatus. The first two alignment pins(151) are spaced apart from the first side of the alignment plate and are placed on the same line to form an x direction. The second alignment pin(152) is spaced apart from the second side of the alignment plate vertical to the first side and is placed on a y-axis line. The first actuator(131) is placed adjacent to the first side and strokes in a y direction. The second actuator(132) is placed adjacent to the second side and strokes in an x direction.
