PURPOSE: A vehicle moving path setting system is provided to improve the accuracy of moving path setting information by applying information of a continuously changed traffic volume in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A speed sensing device(20) senses a vehicle speed and is installed in a vehicle. An on-board equipment(30) is installed at the vehicle to receive and transmit the vehicle speed from the speed sensing device(20). A navigation(40) requests destination link information from the on-board equipment and judges an optimized path. A road side equipment(50) receives a request for vehicle ID, vehicle speed and link information from the on-board equipment, and transmits the request information to the on-board equipment. A server(60) receives the vehicle ID, vehicle speed and link information from the road side equipment, and judges a speed of each block to construct a database.
