본 발명은 도파민 수용기 자극제를 포함하는 근시 및 녹내장 치료용 안과 체형에 관한 것으로서, 도파민 수용기 자극제 및 사이클로덱스트린 또는 그의 유도체를 필수 구성 성분으로 하는 안과 제형은 눈의 생리적 pH 로 조절되어 안구에 자극을 주지 않으면서 점안 투여시 혈장으로서의 이행이 적으며 망막 등 안구 각 조직으로의 이행이 우수하므로, 점안 투여에 의한 근시 치료 및 녹내장 치료에 있어서 보다 유효하게 사용될 수 있다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a myopia and glaucoma treatment inside body comprising a dopamine receptor stimulating agents, ophthalmic formulation of the dopamine receptor stimulant and a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof as essential components are adjusted to the physiological pH of the eye not irritating to the eye If the document was the eye drop proceeds as plasma upon administration such as eye retina ever so excellent performance of each tissue it can be more effectively used in treating myopia and glaucoma treatment by topical administration.
