パルス放電の発生に用いるパルス放電電源を提供することを目的の1つとする。パルス放電電源は、パルス発生部と制御回路と電流検出部と電流信号処理部とを備える。パルス発生部は第1のパルスを発生し、パルス放電を発生するための放電負荷に印加する。電流検出部は、パルスの印加によって放電負荷に流れる電流を検出する。電流信号処理部は、検出された電流の積分結果に基づいて信号を制御回路に出力する。制御回路は、受信した信号に基づいて、パルス発生部における第2のパルスの発生を制御する。

With one object is to provide a pulsed discharge power supply for use in generating a pulsed discharge. Pulse discharge power supply, and a control circuit and a current detector pulse generator and the current signal processing unit. Pulse generator generates the first pulse is applied to the discharge load for generating a pulse discharge. Current detector detects a current flowing through the discharge load by application of the pulse. Current signal processing unit outputs a signal to the control circuit based on the integration result of the detected current. Control circuit based on the received signals, for controlling the generation of the second pulse in the pulse generator.
