摘要：
PURPOSE:The titled remededy that contains a specific phenylpiperazine derviative as an active principle, thus showing high hypotensive activity and cardiovascular disorder-improving action. CONSTITUTION:The remedy contains a phenylpiperazine derivative of the formula (R1 is lower alkyl; R2 is H, lower alkyl; n is 4-6) such as 1-(6-ethoxycarbonyl- hexyl)-4-(o-methoxyphenyl)piperazine as an active principle. The compound of the formula has long-lasting hypotensive activity and is used as hypotensive, a remedy for isthemic cardiopathy and peripheral vascular dilator. It is given orally or parenterally.
