NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula I (R is alkyl of 2 or more carbon atoms). USE:Synthetic intermediate of a compound of formula II, which is used as a blood circulation improver and remedy for interruption in arterial blood circulation. PREPARATION:The reaction between a compound of formula III and another compound of formula IV (X is halogen) is conducted in the presence of an alkali such as caustic soda at 30-150 deg.C for several min to several hr to give the compound of formula I.
