PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sneak canceler which can be applied not to a reproduction repeating system used in the field of conventional communication but to a direct repeating system to perform simple amplification and retransmission so as not to prolong a delay time at relay broadcasting equipment even concerning the signal of a wide band like ground digital broadcasting in principle. SOLUTION: This canceler 1 adopts the direct repeating system to perform simple amplification and is provided with at least a subtracter 14 and a digital signal processing part 11, which generates the copy of a sneak signal, connected so as to supply its output signal to the subtracting terminal of the subtracter 14. In this case, a reception signal containing the sneak signal is supplied to the terminal of the subtracter 14 to be subtracted and the input terminal of relay broadcasting equipment is connected to the output terminal of the subtracter 14. Then, any one of input and output signals of the relay broadcasting equipment is branched and supplied to the input terminal of the digital signal processing part 11.
