摘要：
PURPOSE: To provide an ozonizer capable of efficiently generating an ozone gas having a high concentration and a high cleaning degree. CONSTITUTION: In this ozonizer of a discharge method for impressing an electric voltage 10 between electrodes 5 and 6 sandwiching a dielectric material 7 and generating ozone, both the electrodes 5 and 6 are equipped with flow channels 9 for a cooling liquid and a coupling pipe 26 for connecting the flow channels 9. Both the electrodes 5 and 6 are cooled by circulating common deionized water.
