CONSTITUTION: Numerous drop holes 4 are made through a bottom of a cylindrical tank 1 at the center and in radial directions with a distance, a shielding plate 52 moved by a cylinder 51 is placed on each of drop tubes 40 so that it can be opened/closed, a chute 6 is placed below a center drop tube 40, and a conveyer 71 is placed below an outer bottom of the tank 1 while its end is engaged with an inner rail 81 fixed to an outer periphery of an upper end. Then the other end is engaged with an outer rail 82, a pinion is screwed with a rack provided on an inner periphery of the outer rail 82 to connect a motor, and the motor is connected to a driving shaft of the conveyer 71.
